The trip: This was Earhart's "umpteenth" trip to London since April 2000, when she met King. This trip involved much wedding planning. They are registered at Harrods.
Travel tips: Credit cards in England include a computer chip and PIN. American credit cards don't work in the chip reader, so you have to tell the clerk that it needs to be swiped. Also, set your watch ahead to England 's time zone as soon as you're on the plane. This will help get you in the right frame of mind and helps some with jetlag.
